Terms of service

Using RelayAI means accepting what is on this page. The short version is pinned in our Discord server; this is the full one, including exactly how ranks, slots and the queue behave.
1. What RelayAI is
RelayAI is a Discord bot that completes online homework on your behalf, on accounts you provide. It currently works with Sparx Maths, Sparx Science, Sparx Reader, Seneca and Languagenut. Everything happens inside our Discord server — there is no app, extension or download, and this website exists only to manage your account.
We run it ourselves on our own hardware in the United Kingdom. It is not a registered company, and it is not connected to any of the platforms it works with.
2. Who can use it
- You must meet Discord's own minimum age, which is 13 in the UK and higher in some countries. Accounts found to be underage are removed.
- If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's agreement to use it.
- One person, one account. Do not share your rank or let other people use your access.
Read this part properly. Your school almost certainly considers this cheating. Using RelayAI can get you in trouble at school, and the homework platform can suspend or ban the account you use. Those are your risks to carry, not ours. If you are not willing to carry them, do not use RelayAI.
3. Accounts you give us
- Only use logins that are yours, or that you have clear permission to use. Handing us someone else's account is the fastest way to lose access permanently.
- You can save a login so you do not have to type it each time. Saved logins are encrypted with a master password only you know — the Privacy page explains what that means in practice.
- You can save up to 25 accounts. Changing your master password destroys all of them, because without it they cannot be decrypted by anyone, us included.
- A main account is your own account on a platform. Setting one is permanent, and work run on it does not use up a slot.
4. Ranks, slots and the queue
Work is queued. Your rank decides two things: where you enter that queue, and how many tasks you can have running at once — your slots.

Slot usage is counted over a rolling 24 hours. How long you wait depends on how many people are running work at that moment. No rank guarantees a particular wait, and nothing here is a promise of a specific speed.
5. The free trial
The free trial gives you a full day: 24 hours of paid-level access from the moment it is activated, on as much homework as you like. It is one per person, it cannot be reactivated, and it expires by itself. Claiming repeat trials with extra accounts ends your access.
6. Plans and payment
- Monthly — £2. One month of access. It does not renew automatically; we hold nothing to charge you with, so it simply lapses unless you buy again.
- Lifetime — £10, once. Access for as long as RelayAI runs. That is not a promise it runs forever — see section 8.
- Priority — £5, once. An add-on that stacks on Monthly or Lifetime, putting you at the front of the queue with 3 slots.
Plans are bought by opening an Upgrade ticket in our Discord server. We take gift cards and crypto. There is no card processor and no stored payment details. Staff apply your rank by hand once payment arrives — usually quickly, but not instantly and not at a guaranteed time of day.
Crypto payments cannot be reversed. Check the address and the amount before sending. The only wallet we collect to is the one published on our pricing page and posted by staff inside your own ticket. If anybody direct-messages you a different address, it is not us, and nothing sent there can be recovered.
7. Refunds
- If you pay and your rank is never applied, you get a full refund.
- If the service does not work for you and we cannot fix it, ask in a ticket and we will refund you.
- Beyond that, we do not refund a plan you have already used, and "lifetime" means the life of the service.
- Refunds go back the way you paid where possible; crypto refunds return to the address you sent from.
8. Availability, and things ending
- We do not promise uptime. It runs on our own hardware and can go down for maintenance, faults, or power and internet problems.
- Homework platforms change constantly. If one changes how it works, support can break or stop with no notice, and we may retire a platform entirely.
- RelayAI itself may stop one day. If that happens, unused time on a Monthly plan is refundable; Lifetime is not, which is the trade you make for paying once.
9. Accuracy is not guaranteed
We aim for correct answers, and most come from a database of work that has already been done and checked. Nothing is perfect. Answers can be wrong, and a task can stop part-finished if a platform changes mid-run. Check the work before you submit it. Your marks are your responsibility.
10. Things that get you removed
- Using accounts that are not yours.
- Reselling access, sharing a rank, or running RelayAI as a service for other people.
- Claiming repeat free trials, or evading a removal with new accounts.
- Attempting to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the bot, the queue or this website.
- Chargebacks or payment fraud.
- Abusing or harassing staff or other members of the server.
Any of those can mean suspension or permanent removal, without notice and without refund.
11. Your data
What we store, how saved logins are encrypted, who else ever sees anything, and how to have it all deleted is set out on the Privacy page. Short version: saved logins are encrypted with your master password and unreadable to us, and asking in a ticket gets your account and history deleted.
12. Liability
RelayAI is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost marks, disciplinary action, detentions, suspended or banned platform accounts, lost work, downtime, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Nothing here removes rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot be signed away.
13. Independence and trademarks
RelayAI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Sparx Learning, Seneca Learning, Languagenut, Discord, or any school. Those names belong to their owners and are used only to say what the service works with.
14. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and anything material is announced in the Discord server. Continuing to use RelayAI after a change means you accept the new version.
15. Contact and law
Questions, refunds, deletion requests and complaints all go through a ticket in our Discord server. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
